the staff were very friendly and accommodating when we ordered room service and the breakfast choice exceeded expectations

bed was very firm limited pool access for kids during half term
helpful and location was great we walked to the pig for lunch and had a great evening meal and breakfast at
noisy fridge - wished it was a proper minie bar with drinks & snacks
duty manager & the fact that the phones in the room didn't work for room service
however first thing in the morning after breakfast we were asked to pack up and they d move us to a similar room

lack of a good wifi reception in the room
the pool, although very small, was a great bonus and the kids (11 and 13) had a lot of fun
needs a deep clean as smelt like dirty laundry
service they provided was excellent and there was no problem with room service
was playing up, they couldn't make it better the first night, with 2 kids not good

location was excellent, it was a 10 minute walk (with kids) to the beach and less than that to the cinema/bowling and many fine restaurants
manager was really nice and breakfast was excellent great position within walking distance to town centre, thank you so much
had duvets which i had to put away as too hot and found room to be stuffy with 2 adults and 2 kids but we worked around it
