very clean, new apartment, big bathroom, kitchen has everything very nice host raul

very kind to ring and say room was ready for early check in

hosts help me with my request of early check in.

kitchen is strip bare of all cooking essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc

the kitchen is really just a corner. not setup for any real cooking.

room service for dinner, delicius, kids ate everything my 11yo son said it was the most comfortable

the complimentary breakfast was generous

the gym is excellent

modern and clean, great position, comfortable beds, very nice breakfast and the most pleasant staff we have ever come across

drinks offered on arrival and got a token for a drink in the bar - staff very helpful - helped with cases etc and recommended where to go

hotel, very friendly staff and the bar was fab

quite expensive, and would like to have option for glass of wine in the room service not all full

gym was well equipped, but it was very hot in the room

spa was amazing

small, open air swimming pool on the 5th floor

had the buffet dinner which was cheap and cheerful the breakfast was more than adequate

basic bar area. small room

the shower is amazing. the breakfast was decent and the proximity to the ferry was ideal.

gym equipment could be improved, and one night the guests next door sat outside talking until 3 am,

interconnecting single rooms with own en-suite and shared kitchen (not used) washing and drying machines available

it contained kitchen, separate shower

did not expect all the kitchen facilities but great

it had a great small gym and i felt that overall it was clean and very comfortable
