parking was ample, grounds and equipment were excellent

we loved the heated rooftop pool, our stay was for our daughters birthday and we really enjoyed our overnight at the silver

i'm from tacoma so it was nice to be back where i spent a lot of my time with my kids when they were younger

we liked having the small refrigerator and kitchen sink

we stayed in the spa jacuzzi room and it was anazing

no room service and you have to pay for parking

i feel like a 7 day stay where we only used room service every other day should have merited a discounted, stable per night rate

wifi was the worst ever from 1:30pm to 9pm trying to connect called front desk twice no help

no pool/hot tub, parking fee

having my kids with me it would’ve been nice to have more choices or later restaurant hours or more menu

wifi was slow ice machine was loud when people would use it

the spa tub was a bit smaller than some but functioned very well which made up for it

friendly service, clean rooms and awesome breakfast!

mechanical room in basement smelled bad and laundry room must have had drain problems, as they had big hoses across the parking garage placed

ice machine not clean rude staff, they tried to enter my room after granting me a late check
