make sure people know fees that will be added on to breakfast room service
for a hotel that claims its family friendly what do you do for a family who gets a room for their kids and a separate themselves
also, room service was friendly, quick and delicious
it's clean; pool & hot tub are nice.
never heard another peep from the kids having a good time (as they should do)

convenience. was clean and quiet and shuttle was great .
have an airport shuttle and will call you an uber if you need the shuttle during after hours
laundry/vending was nice. maybe sandwiches or salad vending without cont brkfst?
staff were accommodating and friendly. laundry facilities on site were a bonus.
what we needed with a full kitchen and queen size bed, maybe not as hard as i like, but had support for my back
