the room service was good, extra towels, clean bathroom, vacuumed floors, and trash was emptied

great cable tv and wifi. bed was comfortable. good location

they are pet friendly, wifi is free.

we got to the hotel late, after a day at silverwood theme park, kids (7 yr ol, 6 yr old and 4 month old) were asleep, and had to make multiple trips to get kids

we soaked anyway and the kids had fun playing in the heated pool

is outdated and we were on the first floor and heard people/kids above us
