if you have young kids, you cannot let them wander around alone
the master bedroom had two sinks, a big bathtub which my kids enjoyed a lot and a separate shower
also no trash can in kitchen
will let you check in 24/7 quiet peaceful remote location friendly animals on property plenty of parking space wi-fi connection was very strong for the location big comfortable beds very close
a larger bump in the road that we couldn t make it over at all and had to park in a different parking space than the one assigned to our room
