staff took care of me from the buggy driver to the guys in the bar had a blast

when we needed blankets for our kids we had to ask 4 different times then bribe someone to find us some

resort was immaculately clean. food was great and diverse. spa and overall staff were awesome.

the food was good and all of the servers were extremely nice, especially at the breakfast buffet, and the poseidon restaurants

very well equipped gym, a quiet spa on the ocean side, very good food in their restaurant, several beach barbecues,

amazing pool and beach area with bar service, lots of activities

to a fabulously renovated cottage with a view over the bay and a pool and outdoor shower

tinned ackee for breakfast

i also wish we had booked a balcony room on the first floor for quicker access to the pool and restaurants

the cleanliness the food for breakfast and the hot water for shower and the force of the water

didn't care for the breakfast after day 2

good breakfast and close to airport and public beach.

for kids

you have no service telephone there and if you want to order from the bar they ask you a service fee of 5 us$ for a 5 minutes walk if you call them with your mobile

trust me my kids were a handful and they tolerate them so well

parking was bad

weren't enough option for kids dining i had a 2 year old no food for her to eat

paper should also include phone numbers of the resort and quiet hours and that one must request room service

the main restaurant was good enough, there was usually something the kids liked on offer

we lost a tiny necklace in the pool and the lifeguard spent hours trying to find it (which they did

the gym was decent and nicely air conditioned

excellent breakfast, dinner & drinks each day of our stay. service was exceptional!

sky bar wasn't available during our week stay

the bar and restaurant service were impeccable

i didn t like the fact that the wifi on work in the public and not in the bedroom.

wifi didn t work at all in or outside my room, i always had to go to the end of the corridor to

close to the beach. enough space for parking. clean room and bathroom.

nice pool area with bar and food in the restaurant is very tasty

pool bar is a perfect place to relax with great conversation with the bartender junior

use of the pool was not available was not clean dinning area was not clean or ready to be use for

can i say this place is exceptional montego bay location great veiw of the ocean and excellent pool great value for money antonio and troy were great hosts that went above and beyond to make us

you’ll never need to wait for a bathroom or kitchen to be free since there’s plenty of these too

didn't wok in room, kitchen closed super early and they order food from a restaurant nearby that delivers, but menu

the swimming pool is amazing and a sight to sore eyes on the hot summer days

our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking ocean views
