breakfast was okay area way to small to move around the other customers and they were out of a few
we booked to have pool & laundry and neither were available. also tv was not easy to work.
we approached him regarding the use of the guest laundry room, he explained how to access, unfortunately the laundry door did not open, so we went
when i told maid about cold water, she said it was because they were doing laundry at that time

pool was closed due to a maintenance problem
daisy at the continental breakfast bar customer service was far more than outstanding
previous stay had a variety of breakfast, the staff informed us that this has since been changed
staff was polite, room was clean and pool area was clean.
