the pool area was nice

of the rooms would benefit from updating, especially in bldg k, and the bar building needs updating

great location, friendly staff, bar and restaurant on property!

we went to the resort bar every evening and had amazing drinks

got a rum punch at the bar which way way too sweet, almost undrinkable

the property had so much to offer, including the lovely little pool and access to canoes and bikes, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area

nicky, and merickston were all so welcoming and catered to all my asks for dietary restrictions, wifi, airport transfers, etc

i used the mineral bath, pools, basketball court, jogging track, and took pictures of the spa grounds and gorgeous resort grounds

spa service were excellent and accommodating to our schedule

and no wifi in the rooms is a big no

grounds; only 13min from airport; small gym; nice pool; my kids loved all the friendly

airport van driver racing into the parking lot while i was backing into a parking space cut me off from being able to turn easily and

room 206 was above the gym and it almost sounded like a bowling alley

find the dining room service slow and some of the wait staff a bit aloof.

the reason for booking this hotel were all closed or in horrible condition, like the pool and gym

the bar restaurant was poorly designed sitting out in the open of the lobby.

they have an omelette bar where fresh egg, veggies and whatever else you want are made while you wait

has a rooftop restaurant and bar that overlooks the bay and belize city

we used room service for breakfast and it was fine.

vino tinto restaurant & bar provides the very thoughtful introductions of the hotel and excellent foods
