great pool and gym facilities

the wifi wouldn't connect

we were delighted to be given an upgrade and to receive a complimentary early check in, this made our anniversary trip that extra special

hotel, stunning views, best breakfast i have had at a hotel easily, easy parking on site, would definitely stay

we arrived there was a general problem in the area with wifi, and the staff offered a free drink to compensate

the bar and restaurant don't open until 11 but we had tea and coffee facilities in our room

we were also able to avail of early check in which was great

cutty sark and greenwich park on your doorstep and a vast array of bars, restaurants, shops, cafes

very charming and quaint but also had modern upgrades

a bit weird and disturbing, could be particularly offensive if you take kids there - more graphic up close than the photo shows

the spa facilities.. needs improving.. really poor quality.. no jacuzzi no swimming pool

right next to dlr which was convenient, close to everything else, friendly staff, able to do late check

you for the hardwork especially from reception to the kitchen people and most specially to the room service people

continuously walked into my room 4x even after i had explained i had a late check out

breakfast on offer was excellent and value for money

i also requested the night of our stay if we could book on for late check out and was told that i would have to come back at 9/10am to check just incase someone

the breakfast buffet was amazing

but if i would be there with kids i wouldn't be happy about it

been given a room on the river view as requested and was quiet and kids loved it.

traveling while pregnant, with 3 kids during a heatwave was very tricky however once we walked through

the staff in the bar were first class and couldn't do enough for us, room service was second to none and the bed

finally we had drinks in the bar and the prices were crazy

were all so friendly and helpful, we arrived earlier than planned but they managed to get us an early check

about this hotel is superb location, staff, food, room with the most amazing spa

2 hour kids swimming time, it should be much longer!

kids can only swim from 8-10am in a cold pool. not really ideal for a family.

is no room service for breakfast, but the breakfast in the restaurant is reasonably priced and delicious

24 hour gym which is a real bonus

with a lobby that is just exceptional (to work, you have all you need, a quiet place with great wifi) (-)tv signal quality and wifi i.e youtube (+) light, wifi, temperature in the room, movies, weather, alarm etc etc ) reasonably located from the london (+)free wifi. very comfortable accommodations. (+)customer service from all staff, especially when i had a problem with wifi access on my phone (+) the wifi could be stronger, but worked fine for a 2 hour zoom call (+) our room was lovely and modern, clean, in room wifi, comfy bed, good easy to use tv, heating/cooling system, lots of tea/coffee/hot chocolate (-)wifi in the room was not that great, breaking many times, sometimes during video calls (+) good wifi (-)wifi gave problem , very slow and frustrating.

also a late check out time of 12 was great

the kids loved the quirky decor although it's probably not for everyone

for families with kids under 5 theres nothing close by like quick food places etc

couldn't use the kitchen after 10pm so when i came back from a big day a bit too late i couldn't eat warm

the kitchen was equipped by the necessary kitchenette and foodstuff to have a good breakfast and to cook for dinner

they also provide egg and bread for you to prepare your breakfast
