they just wiped the same dusty toiletries and put them back, the toilet was dirty, there was no laundry bag no extra linens and the walls had what seemed to be heat damage from the wall sconces

got in super late and the staff were awesome - they had a shuttle waiting for us and were so understanding of my very grumpy children
