clean rooms friendly staff adequate breakfast pool and hot tub were clean
reserved a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), but there were only 2 towels in the room
beds were very comfy breakfast variety was great
breakfast was not the most thought out i'd seen, pretty chincy and few options.
missed a few spots, in the spa bath and around the toilet

laundry facilities were off site at the koa
location- right next door to the mammoth tar pit at hot springs; guest laundry was a bonus; staff were very polite & cheerful; and they have an abundant collection of
