the pool was supposedly heated but it was pretty cold.
very nice and clean. roomy and had kitchenette! could have cooked meals if had the time!
staff was welcoming and helpful--had an elderly mother with me and they were very helpful, the breakfast was good

though the state of texas is back open at 100% they still did not provide breakfast or have the gym open at this time
the out door swimming pool chairs and tables are old and broken , there is no where to sit.

ac unit quite loud when cycling on/off; lack of breakfast as advertised.
second my daughter n i went in after breakfast was finished and the owner still offered us a muffin n banana

my family and i loved the huge swimming pool
the room was amazing and people were having so much fun in the pool
pool, the breakfast hours and the vicinity to most things in seguin
pool was not open, laundry machines were out of order and no vending machines unless you bought from office
the laundry machines are updated to current technology, the laundry room itself is off in a dingy dark
