guest laundry was very useful

super clean room, laundry available and pet was allowed.

great price and the nice big king room with a spa in it.

check-in, easy parking, the receptionist honored our request for a ground level room

guy working the bar area first evening was at most bored, obviously did not want to be there.

some of the handicapped parking stalls did not have ramps.

laundry room only had a 2 washers and 2 dryers with no indication how long a wash would take

caulking in the bath was in need of repair and the kids in the hotel were noisy and monopolized the pool and hot tub

high school kids running up and down the halls early morning hours.

facilities were good apart from laundry room. staff helpful. a standard best western.

we could have gone across the parking lot to eat the the black bear diner had we known there would be no food
