hotel employee did a late check out for us

our room was worn, complimentary items in bathroom all mismatched, loud kids running the halls

beds were not comfortable, the hot tub did not work and it was full of kids that were not staying at the hotel

employee servicing the buffet bar on july 14th did an excellent job and was very friendly with the hotel guests

coffee bar was sticky and found spilled coffee that had dried.

i lobbed it had a separated little kitchen area with refrigerator,, microwave, coffee maker, and table

area smelled excessively of chlorine chemical- and was full of kids

i told them those cookies were great and they sent me home with some to bring to my kids
