we went down for our cousin’s funeral. they allowed us early check in. the staff was amazing!

indoor pool water wasn't cooled

our key card wouldn’t open up the pool/fitness area… and the pool was way outdated and cold.

com agent even honored my request to ask for early check in and early check out which the hotel granted

gave us a great spot to park- we were also towing a trailer
