courteous staff who were vey helpful and accommodated my request for early check in when i arrived far earlier than expected

host gave us a set of keys a paper about laundry and left

supermarket, laundry bars, and restaurants nearby near the city center and not far to the camino de santiago

when he left, he even locked the laundry room door so i couldn't use it

the worst was the very poor wifi connection

free wifi was not great, as each time you went onto it , you had to re register, whereas a lot of other

breakfast and bar hours were a little too restricted!

it had all the things i wanted, such as a lift, a safe and a mini bar and space for clothes plus two desks

restaurant only does breakfast, but there are plenty of bars and cafes very close.

having a full-on restaurant might be a costly thing for the hotel, but please, at least a rioja bar with a couple of signature easy-to-make tapas, for those guests (like me) who prefer a quiet
