pool or whirlpool facilities, desk person during morning shift was very disrespectful when it came
couldn’t use pool and laundry facilities out of order
the laundry room was not working and the swimming pool was closed
hotel nice staff but needed the laundry to work not up and running but would recommend and stay
no mention of pool under renovation.

i liked the full refrigerator and mini kitchen, perfect for longer stays and storage of leftover restaurant food

loved the room, comfy and roomy. loved the pool. staff is very friendly. we will be back!
communication that the pool, gym, bagged breakfast was a substitute before booking
but most of all, my kids loved the indoor swimming pool
the rooms were roomy and the kitchen was a huge benefit
