pool was not super clean

for an extra fee there were those to do at the property such as mini golf and an alpine slide

location, very clean, good connectivity

we called room service over 20 times with no answer

our kids would like to make our trip to snow king the new annual family christmas tradition

really nothing bad. neighbors kids got a little rowdy but......

was great but could use a few more kitchen utensils, corkscrew, dish towels, big salad bowl

which was important to the kids

,kitchen and affordability were the key things we wanted for this stay

the kitchen is stocked well

the staff was wonderful, especially brian at the front desk, and evelyn, who managed breakfast service

the pool and hot tub seemed to be welcome spots

area, extremely clean rooms and common areas, free parking in ramp across the street, excellent breakfast in the morning and outstanding customer service by brian at the front desk

our boys loved the pool and breakfast was a bonus

great laundry facilities as

pool and hot tub could use a little cleaning and updating, but overall everything was

when traveling with kids it helps to be able to cook up meals for them

early check in wonderful cabin well maintained and very quiet by night

handy for walking into town & to the rodeo area. cabins functional. on-site gym a bonus.

loved the hot tub, fire pits, and laundry setup

the european/scandinavian decor is clean and functional, and the wifi is fast

i m room service a little less than this 70 year old traveler

we asked for a second floor room and late check out and were given both

bikes; indoor pool/ hot tubs, comfortable beds, pillows, large towels and coat rack hangers at each door

they gave us a free room upgrade so we were close to the pool and had the biggest room we have ever stayed in

our kids loved the pool and drinks in the lobby

liked the tank of lemonade by the entrance - kids like that. clean new facilities near the town.

it was great that someone fixed the hot tub/spa while we were there

breakfast was standard hotel fare..nothing outstanding, but good

wifi was pretty poor if at all existent

the shuttle to town was great

loved the breakfast and indoor/outdoor pool and spa + zeze the bell hop and breakfast staff were terrific

the front desk made it a really big deal to share the wifi password verbally..

breakfast was very lame compared to other super 8's so i was very disappointed about that

of the washers and one of the dryers was broken making laundry a little challenging

is no restaurant except breakfast, no pool, no spa, no room service - just really nice rooms with a free laundry and exercise

door interferes with kitchen space

value for money, we will stay at motel 6 places again as all you needs were catered or and the laundry was an added bonus for a long holiday

pool wasn't open quite yet

the rooms are clean, there is a laundry room, a gym and a nice and pleasant

if you have kids they’ll probably have trouble sleeping if those rooms are noisy

in the laundry room, one of the dryers was out of order

no pool or hot tub disappointing

there was not truly a pool, it was a large hot tub which was a disappointment to our children.
