staff, breakfast, and room were great. pool very warm and nice
heated pool, nice clean rooms, close to shopping and freeway
it’s clean, it’s at a perfect location and the indoor swimming pool is a plus
pool was ice cold. continental breakfast did not have a good selection.
the tub was a little bit dirty and the pool was freezing.

spa tub didn’t work when i first got there and they tried to switch our rooms but didn’t have
they only refilled one of the three empty pans just as we were leaving from breakfast
booked a king bed with spa tub, received room with 2 queen beds and no spa tub

we lost power, but the pool was still available for my kids!

eggs and meat , instead of breads , doughnuts and cereal ....need a hot tub with the pool.
people up stairs were very loud kids running and jumping all day long
a break from the world and my kids to spend time with my wife
the pool was great my kids enjoyed it immensely

breakfast is sometimes a little sad.....
the pool is very basic but it was clean and enjoyable
son stepped on an earing while in the pool also while in the pool people were recording us and the staff wasn't very

the room was small but very cute and the kitchen was a nice bonus
the bath room is very old and also the kitchen,
smoking allowed on the outdoor deck i did not find silverware in the kitchenette i could not figure out how to make the kuerig
supposed to have full kitchen
i booked the family room with a full sized kitchen and fire place
