the pool good way to celebrate my summer vacation

loads of choice for breakfast (pancakes, toast, egg, sausage, cereals, juices, fresh fruits) quality/price = great

good breakfast

breakfast has a good amount of options

breakfast was good, friendly staff

hotel has gym, indoor pool, restaurant serving breakfast and dinner

kids running up and down hall until about 11 pm both nights

easily accessible with lots of parking

friendly clean and love the hot tub although pool was not as warm this time but everything else was

parking lot could have been cleaned a little better,i know weather is brutal this time of year,but

the pool wasn t open. memorial day weekend.

breakfast included, pool, clean, friendly :) used to stay at another but have switched to

as agoda mentioned and the reason we booked was that breakfast was included and there was a pool, neither is true, at the moment

accomodated for our young children (bassinette in the room, high chair and booster in the breakfast room) and clean space/room

the kids enjoyed the pool

the pool area was nice and clean and the pool was warm

clean room and hallways, professional staff, nice breakfast.

did not like the fact that i could not use the pool, as there was multiple kids and adults jumping into the pool

rooms we 2 families enjoyed kids liked the stay a lot

i like about this hotel is easy on and off the i81 hwy, close to the mall, free breakfast (delicious), the staff is always nice to us when we arrive

place bc they supposedly had a pool but at check in found out it wasn't working and we could be shuttled up the road in 20 degree weather

that they didn't serve waffles for breakfast

just found the laundry after three days

pool was excellent, breakfast was wonderful!

room was right near the breakfast area, so you could hear the microwave when other guests used it

breakfast was ready in the am right outside our door - bagels, muffins, juice, coffee

the coffee/breakfast counter in the hall was well stocked and just perfect

3 kids, it is picturesque, the rooms are beautiful , a level of cleanness incomparable, a lovely breakfast

breakfast, just eggs and sausage with some fruits will make a big difference, simple

requested a smoking efficiency with a kitchen

the internet was spotty, causing a lack of connection across multiple wifi networks

was a little disappointed that the pool was closed, that was one of the reasons why i chose this hotel, but every thing else was great

air conditioner worked good, your own mini kitchen

kitchen was clean but devoid of any dishes or pots and pans

putting in a hot tub would make the pool setting better!

location, nice breakfast , pool was clean and had water warm , gym clean and convenient , rooms spacious and very clean

breakfast spread wasn’t so great

i loved the breakfast! the room was great. the pool was clean and comfortable.

also, the rooms were very spacious and i had a fullsize fridge and kitchen area

guest laundry dryer also needs to be deep cleaned so it dries properly, the lint trap doesn't even sit

a “kitchen” without glasses, dishes, or silverware

i was worried that since our room was right next to the elevator and laundry room that it would be noisy but never heard a sound

close to fort drum. easy to get to restaurants, laundry, shopping etc.

there was a iron iron stand, and a laundry bag

breakfast could improve, coffee was horrible

wifi password wouldn't work.

we only ordered off the bar menu but the restaurant was hoping and smelled delicious

wifi and cable wasn t on yet for the season and wasn t notified until arrival

our wifi worked perfectly well and all facilities were in good order

no wifi or mobile signal availeble.

self serve breakfast is a real plus

breakfast was convenient and well stocked

there's a communal kitchen where there are some complimentary basic breakfast items you can help yourself to

free breakfast (everything was there for convenience)

the breakfast is complimentary and you cook it yourself

it was available and close by and allowed us early check in

close to a boat launch at pine grove state park
