no laundry bags

because we were 4 and there were only 3 in the room and their answer was that they were doing the laundry and

there are also laundry facilities on site which was super convenient

and all i heard from my kids while outside is screaming from the wasps

i was discriminated against due to having a service animal and illegally charged a $45 pet fee for three nights

after arriving at hotel, was charged extra deposit plus pet deposit not advised about when booking

next morning i call for the towels, nothing, i went out direct to the laundry and there was only one towel,

breakfast, swimming pool, staff, newly renovated room

the wifi was somewhat slow with a lot of buffering, disappointing

there were no laundry bags and the floors did not look like they had been vacuumed or swept

the view was beautiful and the rooftop pool was amazing.

wifi did go out had a dirty bathroom upon arrival but immediately cleaned staff was kind but not

clean, wifi worked amazingly well, i could watch netflix o their smarttv and everyone was really friendly

was one spot marked reserved but i noticed others were parking there

kids loved the pool and had laundry machines which we needed day 7 of our 22 day road trip
