had kids running up and down the 3rd floor hallway at 11 o'clock at night

i didn't remember reading about the $25 pet fee, but it wasn't a problem for us.

pillows felt like laundry sacks, our toilet ran all night, the pool was freezing and in no way 5ft deep

doors need to be replaced, holes in the walls, carpet was filthy, no room service

there was a pool, hot tub, fitness center and the room was nice

the little extras that i noticed, and appreciated, were the laundry basket in the bathroom for wet & used towels

i appreciated the room we were given, first floor close to the back door and laundry

i brought my own laundry soap since the laundry soap dispenser was out of order

hotel had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and a laundry basket

i had to create a night stand using my suitcase with the laundry plastic basket on top of it upside down

facilities were very clean and had almost everything we could need including a laundry basket
