we could not use the guest laundry because it was being redone along with the ice machine, exercise room, etc

the pool was closed and ac in to didn't cool very well.

husband is so happy with the breakfast there was plenty of choices, and the coffee was delicious

the pool was full of ants , the food was cold, the air condition wasn't working nor wifi
