dirty rooms/bed covers, no clean laundry linen available

they had a washer & dryer; but no laundry detergent available

was told the laundry room was open needing to wash one of our youth clothes go there and the machines was

old old poorly maintained. scary laundry room. broken machines.. no maid service.

most of the jets in the spa tub was broke or barely worked

after asking the front desk to assist in finding the issue, i was given a laundry scented freshener spray

i happened to get a room right across the street and noticed the parking lot at the comfort suites was almost

lobby locked because front desk people were the same people trying to clean rooms and doing laundry so, i couldn

lady behind the counter was rude and she tried to charge me a pet fee when my dog was in my car all

no wifi, not all that clean

filthy. would not let my pet stay there.

beds are stable and comfy and the tv and wifi were free and connected stable

i thought there was going to be a breakfast but i couldn't find it

they didn't serve breakfast & i wouldn't eat there anyway. nasty place.

morning staff was very confrontational had no understanding the difference in a service dog and pet

the full kitchen was a great plus, and the separate room for sleeping was great

we were there for only one night and spent over 200$ plus the pet fee just to have a bed to put our heads

the staff was the best part. the room was nice, the laundry was nice, the staff was exceptional

staff came around too early, laundry was on 2nd floor and it gave my clothes a mildew smell after washed

easy access from interstate, plenty of parking, well lit parking area, restaurants close by.

there were so many lights in the parking lot that even with the curtains closed the room was just as night at
