the pool was cloudy.

the breakfast buffet was not very good.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent.

the only problem i had when i was using the on-site laundry room was the laundry detergent machine was empty

the guest laundry had been done for 2 days and a ticket was placed when i suggested it.
