laundry machine was broken

sweet staff, great location. nicely kept. nice pool.

it closed at 10 and parents let their kids run, scream, etc right until closing

the only complaint i have is the pool was not clean. it had leaves debris in it.

laundry facility in separate building and coin operated, cleanliness could be better, dust on

tyler kept the laundry room open open an extra hour so we could do our laundry

plenty of parking and a quick walk across the drawbridge to historic downtown sites

pool and laundry were out of service and i still paid full price for my stay

elevator was broken and did not get fixed the 4 days of being there , the laundry service was out of order ,

was out of order pool was closed for repairs guest laundry room was out of order the side doors could not be

so noisy i had to unplug, ice cream bar from pantry melted, they would not give us change for laundry, water

maids kept taking laundry change on counter because they thought it was a tip, strange.

very dirty outside, hallways were hot. poor wifi connection.

pool, no gym , breakfast was basically just cereal, ants in the bathroom, cost was pretty high for the

parking no spots and pricey! hallways and lobby need updates.
