it was all by itself, like in a hallway near the laundry

soap or shampoo to shower, advertise wifi but it only works outdoors and not in rooms and the air conditioner

there was one parking spot we could get our 14ft boat into still attached to the truck

is a old property and looked shabby when we pulled in parking lot

the lobby, deck, and bar were slammed till after 10 pm when the wedding was over

outside restaurant was lovely. bar area fun.

loved the electric car shuttle to beach & beach setup of chairs, umbrella & towels

location of facility was in middle of town, shuttle to beach and set up at beach was a perk.

rooms; verfy friendly staff , nice size rooms,, the bar downstairs was very friendly

always nice to have a kitchenette, though ours was small (a 2-burner cook-top, which we did not use)

i even requested a late check out due to a late flight and they agreed without any problems

to covid 19 the indoor swimming pool was closed the gym was closed and the free breakfast was not open

common areas (corridor, elevators, laundry room) were dirty

for an additional comforter and was told that they didn't have any because they were behind on laundry

the laundry room was out of order, and the ice machine only worked on the fourth floor

i walked around the lobby and finally went to the staff laundry room

it also doesn t have the check-in lines and confusion that is typical for the casino hotels

always enjoyed this location because of the convenience, steps to the boardwalk and tropicana casino and although

no laundry facilities, not what i expected will not be back

i asked for a laundry bag the lady act like she dodnt want to give me one i explained there was not one in my

com had that they offered free breakfast and laundry on site however when asking the staff there was no free

a casino hotel, i can't find any shortcoming for the facilities in the hotel, it's a luxury room

in a casino-resort, i had to walk a lot to get to and from my room

paying for a pool seats while already paying 800$+ dollars for one night !

customer service never delivered it and i try to order room service and wasn t wasn t able to get it nor

kitchen in room no smoking in the room parking way too far from hotel not fair that you have to pay

used room service and received good food within 30 minutes

the pool i spent money on bathing suits i couldn't use and i got this room cause the kids want to go swimming

carpets were stained, pool cushions were old and mildewed

the pool wasn t available due to covid also room service is not 24 hrs

something blue and hard stuck on it, about the size of my palm-dont know how that was missed by laundry or

trying to get wifi was not easy. a bit of a challenge

i dont like the fee for wifi. especially because of the cost of the room.
