laundry room had not been cleaned and there was detergent (or something) all over the machine

nice place, nice pool, nice people, it was clean, comfortable, and a decent price.

we stayed for 2 nights and the first night there were only 3 cars in the parking lot

no laundry and cigarette smoke was present a few times during stay in room.

really would have liked it if there were a fitness center and laundry available

limited parking, made worse by people parking like idiots.

i didn't get to see the pool, but if they take as good care of that as they do the rest of the hotel, i'm

good variety for breakfast. one of the better quality inns i have stayed at.

they neglected to tell me that the laundry room was being redone and closed

guest laundry's washer broke down during my stay before i could use it, but it was the weekend and i

bed was fine had to ration the towels, no laundry detergent, breakfast is just a waffle, coffee- well bring your

room service had very limited hours

i had messed up the reservation date and they were able to accommodate me and also get me early check in since

the hotel is pet friendly and the walls are thin

room and roof-top event for watching fireworks over the mississippi that included an open bar and buffet were

rooftop bar was great had live music the night we stayed

we ordered room service three times and each time they forgot something

that the bowling alley and bar downstairs was being remodaled.

by far the best room service i've ever had in any hotel, blows the ritz away

the treadmill wouldn t work without a wifi password so the front desk had to get it going

is winter here and it looked like the property was not plowed and the parking lot was an absolute mess

there were several hairballs in the pool but the front desk did send maintenance to clean it out right away,

extra pillows, linens for the pull-out, laundry basket---needs were anticipated

and laundry services did not work

was a lack of clean towels at the pool area

the tv in the gym didn't work properly

friendly helpful the room was awesome the breakfast the pool the hot tub was great it will be me and my husband

quicker service replacing items that ran out during breakfast.
