parking lot is atrocious

clean and breakfast was great!

kind of hard to find parking entrance.

out of two, one always didn't work, even after many resets, though it worked for the laundry room

great pool & hot tub. large rooms. breakfast was a generous spread too.

nice hotel. clean nice breakfast wonderful beds

realize everyone is different, but for me, the pool was just a bit on the cold side

hotel ran out of most hot breakfast options an hour before breakfast hours ended

the continental breakfast was top notch and it was easy to get out to the parking lot from the various doors

when we arrived and brought in our luggage we had to maneuver around bags of dirty laundry and workers in the

we booked a balcony room but we were on the first floor and the balcony went straight into the parking lot so

due to covid-19,no breakfast but you could get a to go bag from front desk.

the kids wanted to look around and check out the restaurant and they let them walk around

it was close to the tour of lights and you could get a shuttle right outside the door.

pool is pretty tiny and too hot in there to enjoy on a summer day when hoping to cool off

doesn't a hotel let their customers know in advance when the hot tub and pool are closed

pet friendly as well

the hot tub and pool were disgusting, dirty , milky in appearance. a big disappointment

the breakfast was reasonable and well priced. i also liked that the pool was saltwater.

carpet in our room was fraying at the kitchen transition

nice pool facilities, rooms were clean and big, staff was helpful

liked the fact that we could put the kids to bed and still enjoy a game of cards at the table with 4 chairs

separate rooms so kids with early bedtimes can rest, super clean & modern facilities

i was recovering from a surgical procedure and so having the kitchen and a homey feel really helped a lot
