pool was small and hot tub was not working

everything was great. the breakfast was great.

it would have been nice to have a hot tub in the pool area. the signs were a little confusing.

beds were a bit hard and we couldn t enjoy the pool cause the air was on even though it was only 45 outside

there is plenty of parking space available

value, friendly and helpful staff, conveniences - guest laundry and snacks/items in the lobby.

now the prices for the drinks, laundry detergent etc was a bit high but it was ok

were right next door to the laundry room the dryer was going several times during our stay and during the time

did laundry and the room was stocked well and quiet

we were in owensboro for a basketball tournament so laundry

exceptional renovation, beautiful room, awesome breakfast.

small parking lot

parking was a bit of an issue when we arrived back after the event

hotel was overbooked, we waited probably 4 times for the elevator, kids were running through out the hotel, no

they even had guest laundry machines, so i didn't have to leave the hotel all weekend

give an option to not have our room cleaned so we can re-use our towels and sheets and save on laundry and water

the guest laundry was handy

desk clerk was nosey and awkward. breakfast wasn't included with a $280 room! wifi didn't work.

no crown royal ,blender was broken and kitchen had no bacon one morning

pool is a little small for size of the hotel

the room to the other side of us was booked with 12 (we counted) kids in one room

had to wait about 45 min for our room to be ready and while waiting in lobby for that, about 10 kids from a

” my kids were so excited to go to the pool, but with no way to dry off, we had to skip

the pool was clean and the kids had a great time

one functional elevator for a busy weekend, which meant that staff were loading and unloading laundry and cleaning

rooms too small, pool is way too small, unless it was a jaquise.

everything was exceptional! the lady who checked us in was so sweet and made my kids night!

we checked out before breakfast.
