also, there is no elevator, automatic doors, and the guest laundry facilities are pitiful

breakfast was ok. laundry facilities were a plus, although dryer had to be run twice.

when the guy made me follow him to the laundry room to get my sheets i asked him the closest way to get back

lastly, you could only do room service for one of the restaurants and not for all the restaurants that were

room service & house keeping staff, i had to ask for housekeeping everyday, room serrvice missed

no vending machines and limited snack bar options added to no room service after 10am.
