laundry facilities because we are driving 8 days so we need access to a washer and dryer

onto the internet for online school, toiletries and towels anytime we asked, quarters for laundry, they were

breakfast. due to covid, breakfast was limited and eaten in the room.

lamps don't have any light bulbs my room is dark there's never any change at the front desk to do laundry or

guest laundry: dryer would not completely dry clothes

room was great parking was great to unload in the back work out room across from laundry very handy

the fitness area and laundry i keep coming back

not much. only reason for stay: big parking lot

later a man with a germane shepherd (another dog) shows up and tells me that i am not to be smoking in his pool

for value, parking, location...was perfect...not the hilton, but good value.

shady and people occupying the other rooms on the property were outside drinking being loud in parking lot others

one ask us at anytime if we needed smoking or non smoking

if you have a pet i would think twice about bringing them the rooms look like a jail cell it was a very on easy

also, complimentary laundry service or at a cheaper price would have been a plus

the noise..kids slamming doors next to us all through the night!

the pool was cold but it didn t stop kids from playing

parking was awkward and elevators need to be on the outside of the building as well no

staff was really accommodating and the indoor pool was nice for the kids to get it and work out some wiggles

we were also told there was a laundry service but when we asked we were sent to a laundry mat while we found

wifi was not very good. ac and tv a bit outdated, but work adequately.

ordered room service and that food was really good

old but elegant. very well maintained. great breakfast

they also went against there pet policy and charged me 25 dollars to let my second dog stay when it was against

there was a blonde lady in the hotel laundry: service area that smiled and said hi everytime i passed with my

couldn t connect my switch to the wifi during my stay, not sure what the problem was as i had connected it

the breakfast was great and the staff were very kind and accommodating

that they made the breakfast for you and that they had an amazing selection of coffee additives.

the eggs at breakfast were way overcooked-couldn t eat them. the pool wasn t available.

it was very clean. we loved the breakfast especially my children and the variety.

pet policy was great too

the beds were very comfortable, and having a separate living and kitchen space was awesome

it appeared the hotel does not do laundry on-site and does not use a commercial service

didnt have laundry soap for sale and had to pay for washer and dryer

pet fee here was $75 for one night which is extremely high compared to the $35 pet fee at other

pet fee not refundable even if pet didn t damage anything.

there remodeling i got changed 98 dollars for my second night i paid 3 dollars to wash a load of laundry and
