the staff assisted us in doing our laundry which was great as we had been touring on a motorcyle for over a

swimming pool had an additional charge of 20 euros per person to use it

the wifi performance was very poor and did not work at all with some apple devices

great touch providing all guests including the kids with a dedicated spa bag

we had an apartment on the top floor with a decently equipped kitchen

bar area very comfortable

the wifi in my room as weak and

the fact that the car park had an ev charge point available at a reasonable cost was a great add on

wifi was a pain to log on and you could only connect one device at a time.

our little dog was also made very welcome which was nice as it is not always the case in pet friendly hotels

there is also a petit bar where the hosts will serve you a late night cocktail

cozy bar and wonderful breakfast room , with quality food

even in 5-star venues you seldom get a handsome fireplace like we did here and it was filled with objects de

truly magical rooms with a view of the castle, beautiful restaurant & spa facilities

what struck me was how genuinely pet friendly the hotel and the staff were
