the hallway floors were unswept with dirty laundry on the floor

i loved our room that overlooked the pool area.

the staff was super even kitchen staff was awesome

it was spacious with plenty of parking

to the hotel manager that we had nowhere else to go to since our truck was frozen to the parking lot

the guest laundry required quarters front desk said they could not help me that i should go down the

i didn't like there were no towels at the pool but overall it was ok

they let the kids swim after the 9pm close time due to having a late baseball game and they couldn t get back

every floor has easy to get to, working ice machines and the laundry was right off the elevator

and checking out at 6am so i feel the staff should have ability to give money back if vending or laundry takes

kids running thru the hallway being extremely loud

hot water on the breakfast buffet was luke warm

each morning breakfast was good

was very nice, clean and the restaurant and bar being in the same building made for a very nice evening

parking is too congested due to the large construction trucks always in the lot

wifi was awful only had wifi in lobby not room

couldn t connect ps5 to wifi, but wasn t a big deal.

due to covid the breakfast was grab and go which i thought was good and they had good choices

the pool and fitness center was closed, these amenities were why we chose this hotel.
