swimming pool inside the room, nice staff, nice view

room service was the worst, on the first night we ordered a bottle of wine and some french fries

noisy bedroom, no wifi, uncomfortable bed

in my personal opinion, this type of resort is noy ideal for kids.

bar with fireplace was also nice, service in the restaurant - perfect

the woman at reception was warm, welcoming and they offered valet parking

even though there is valet parking, you can create a traffic jam in just one minute

beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and jacuzzi, spacious and comfortable room and very helpful staff who helped

in fact there is a small pool, slightly larger than a jacuzzi and there are a handful of rooms built around it

before you go - because of covid restrictions, a maximum of two guests at a time can use the pool or jacuzzi

even got an upgrade with an amazing view to the cathedral. great staff, food at the pool, etc

there's no fitness center, spa area, and nothing about this property was impressive, certainly not warranting

laundry facility across the street

com it looks like the breakfast is a big part of the hotel, but when we went down for breakfast they informed

wifi, two of the jacuzzis were not working, and we have to wait one hour to warm it up.

pool doesn t open until 10, and with a toddler we would ve been up there as early as 7am if we

3- there is a bar but the tv is so loud you can't speak, and there wasn't anyone behind the bar to propose

finally, they did not book me and my partner into the spa as we had agreed on previously

the spa has the best view to relax and spend all day there if you can

room service was incredibly slow, 3 times took 49 minutes or longer to address very simple request
