little property with a handful of small houses, a great pool and sitting area, a volleyball net, basketball

some areas were quite dirty ( pool area), walking paths etc

there are no signs at the swimming pool to advise users about the depth of water or to prevent users from diving

lovely staff and good breakfast. plenty of free parking and close to the beach.
