the place was quiet, but for instance, our room had very bad wifi signal because it was literally on the opposite

there is a very easy & free parking in front of the hotel

the pool looked inviting but unfortunately the weather was a bit to cold so we could not take advantage

breakfast was out of this world and loved the jacuzzi bath and wood burner fire (december stay)

facilities were great, lovely garden and pool, comfortable, big bed and lots more

no one answer our call regarding the password for the wifi and therefore we couldn t to the internet

breakfast is exceptional and ended our stay on a high note

good value for money in cuenca. nice bar that serves lovely lunch and dinner beside the hotel.

extremely quiet - could barely hear anything from outside or from the corridor

we found a great pet friendly bar that did good food too - not far- don julian

room was hit with a humid moldy smell, the staff reception could have been more friendly, and the wifi required

slippery bath made shower hazardous. wifi very poor.

would have been nice to have some bowls and a dish towel or paper towels in the kitchen of the apartment

were no tea/coffee making facilities or a fridge in the room but there is a bar and restaurant so i guess that

no bar in the hotel.

wifi wasn't strong enough to connect to on the third floor, though i understand this may have been

the staff was very friendly and helpful too and the room service for our breakfast was a pleasant surprise

my room 206 was at the end of the corridor of the hotel and the wifi reception was very poor and kept going in
