room was very dark and next to laundry

room was not clean, stairs, balcony, etc all need paint, carpet dirty, guest laundry

on leaving housekeepers were seen smoking while carrying out their duties

tell the young lady there was no pool towels she made me walk all the way back down to check the gym

the pool is a little small and right by the road.

shuttle bus took over 37 minutes to pick us up

also throughout the day, you could hear the laundry wash draining through the pipes in the wall on the 1st

door to the bathroom would not stay open, fixture cover was missing in the bathroom, dryer in the laundry room

all of our requests were granted, and breakfast was amazing as well

the pet friendly aspect said i d be booked within the first 2 floors

well situated, clean, very big room, stuff very nice, laundry room is a bonus.
