after getting settled and the kids got dressed for the pool we were disappointed that it was outside

hotel was near various shops, restaurants, and the mall; easy access to laundry room; place was definitely clean

one of the washers was broken in the laundry so there was only one available.

staff was helpful and very nice the access we had to everything and the great view of the pool from our room

a/c stopped working, elevator was down after a long day (w/two small kids & car seats)- had to walk up three
