our room was next to noisy facility machinery laundry? a/c?

but the laundry soap is inadequate or the comforter or other parts of the bedding is not clean

everything was good. very nice pool slide, a great value for money.

there was no bag in the room for dirty laundry.

i particularly liked the opportunity to do some laundry on site

i had to hunt down a maid to get some more towels she told me laundry was backed up

facility has on'-site laundry but the washing machine was broken when i went to use it

pool and hot tub were set at ideal temperature and clean

the gym was across the hall (didn't share a wall), yet i could still hear people in there talking,

wifi was very slow... had to use my personal hot spot.

in front of it there is a big free parking lot

limited parking but it really wasn t that big of an issue

thought i was getting a room with a view of the court yard but got a view of the parking lot

they provided a beautiful grab and go breakfast. the dining space was clean and inviting.

there were no clean, pool towels and dirty towels were piled high in the swimming pool area

pool is so so chlorinated that it made it extremely hard to sit in there to watch my kids swim

hardly any choices at the breakfast. tons of little kids running around. poor sound proofing.

the first couple came back in just to purchase laundry soap and the clerk then made them wait until she was
