the staff was nice, and i was able to laundry. ot was quiet, and the beds were comfortable.

my own mattress topper to actually get some rest, washing machine was broken had to go to a laundry
lobby was filthy and smelled like dirty laundry and dirty diapers

the outdoor pool was open although the water was cold but grandkids can't tell the breakfast smoothies were
some breakfast items were cold like the potatoes and sausage links.

anyway, the air, the room, the elevator, all smelled of old cigarette smoke and mildew, with that pool chlorine

guest laundry was out of service due to the construction, and i wish that was communicated when booking
you had also gym (should be bigger - at morning that was a bit stucked by people) and swimmnig pool available
special mention to brent for a great check in and helpfulness and to kyle for a great breakfast and friendly
cleanliness and the continental breakfast choices.

it had a laundry facility which came in handy for all
rude delivery when i called them back, parking very far (3 small children), dirty (dated), wifi didn't connect
resort was dated. pool bar drinks were very weak !

loved the layout and view of our room and all the amenities it had to offer, fireplace, mini kitchen and couch
didn't see kids either, great, nice to be away from them also, but they had them at the shared pool
