wifi was not secure

family room with adjoining room for kids was great. good location very helpful staff.

friendly, clean ample breakfast easy parking - right in middle of city great family room, 2 rooms,

the room was large, with a kettle and tea/coffee, and the breakfast buffet was excellent

no bar area to sit and have a drink before dinner.

everything closed at 9pm, bar closed and doors locked, maybe 11-12pm would give guests more options to use the

understand it must be cost prohibitive to keep the bar / hotel open late evening but it s such a shame as it

the swimming pool area was a bonus on a hot afternoon

hotel was very modern and had nice facilities like a laundry room, exercise room, and of course the pool area

would be great to have laundry service at this hotel

also, there appears to be a guest laundry room, but there is no guest laundry

wifi could not access no english programmes on tv

was a little hard, and the snack bar was not great it needed a better choice of food otherwise all good

our room also had the cleaning station and racks with laundry outside the whole time, all fine as not in the

morning the dining room was very crowded at breakfast time

late bar food options not amazing

the range of items at breakfast and the charming staff in the breakfast room

room service was partly inedible and the breakfast staff were brusque and unhelpful

would have used bar facilities, but not staffed all the time.

hotel situated in the middle of st malo with a nice bar area to sit and have a drink if you wanted, staff were

there is no restaurant on site but there is a room service menu we used for a meat and cheese plate

the modern decor was very easy on the eye, and the bar area, pool & spa were all very closely located

the bar was limited with a few bottles

great breakfast, seaside location, nice and clean design

my wife requested gluten free breakfast and they provided fresh gluten free bread and checked 3 times that

the breakfast and the view

no toilets on the ground floor, so if you're in the bar there's a flight of stairs to negotiate.

laundry facility?

carpets in the rooms are not to great for hygiene especially if it is pet friendly

fantastic view of the sunset from the bar too which is a bonus

couldnt buy a beer when we went down to the bar after midnight and night staff was quite grumpy about us being

windows in the bar looking out into the bay and even a piano player

spa excellent parking excellent staff friendly and efficient

there was a table and two chairs to to eat or have a drink from the mini bar or a coffee from the hospitality

hotel pool, appreciate parking right in the hotel

was fully booked - maybe if you have large groups staying - letting other guests dine in the bar area would be

it s not possible to get any type of room service from 11am to noon

for some reason, i thought there was going to be an outdoor swimming pool, but there is not it s indoors

room service after 22h for a hot meal was not available

two excellent restaurants and a very good bar serving cocktails and lighter bites

a great swimming pool
