i was surprised guests had access to the pool at night

place, good food, ample undercover parking and a pool, which was cold, but outside temps were 45 degrees, so it

nice location beautiful pool great staff and secure underground parking

this hotel is in a excellent position, ample parking, helpful staff, clean rooms plus our small dog allowed

very generous sized bedroom. very good car parking.

the bar tender was also the restaurant waitress and there was a separate function for a coach party and

could have had a bar or cafeteria open but there are so many around it didn't spoil our break

only stayed one night, wish it could have been longer to use the spa & relax in this beautiful hotel

they accidentally sent a nightdress to the laundry which did not reappear until after we left but they posted

bar or room service late at night so couldn't have a last drink on terrace

24 hour room service was there but only after we insisted it said on the literature did we get it

the lobby was refreshing and pet friendly

on check- in although the staff are lovely no information was given regarding the wifi or services at the hotel

extra fee for bringing a pet was too high

easy access and most importantly, pet friendly

30pm in either snack bar, restaurant or room service

kids running up and down the corridor when i was trying to get to sleep and loud voices of other

really good value for money. perfect for family with kids
