gym was subpar, the laundry room was out of service, and smelled wet (for lack of better words)

pool was closed the whole 6 days we were there

parking could have been better, felt like the parking lot was really tight making it harder for

late arrival parking was an issue

breakfast was great

the laundry was missing. the tub was stopped up

we used the laundry and fitness center and everything was clean

no guest laundry

i guess the fruit punch with the free breakfast wasn t my favorite, even if my kids enjoyed

breakfast hous were short 6 - 9:30 it made the breakfast area very busy

second room was adjacent to the laundry room and there was an intermittent grinding kind of noise that was

sheets smelled like dirty laundry

hotel was right off of a main road, but there were several parking lots of closed down businesses that you had

many kids running up and down the hallways at all times of the night

they were offered free adult drinks and the kids got free drinks too

laundry list of excuses and even started to explain it was my fault for wanting to swim

were remodeling and the pool was empty would have like to taken a swim i cant wait to see it all done even the

location and easy parking.

the pool was closed, however visually it looked fine as in it had water in it, etc

no easy parking as only 1 door was available for entry

liked the rooms, even though the advertised fireplace (electric) did not work

parking is not ideal.

wifi and internet service seemed a bit slow and spotty

was by far the loudest they put us in the room right next to the pool they was screaming from the kids all night

the breakfast had a variety of options, both hot and cold

the staff were all super helpful and friendly, there's washing machines onsite for you to do laundry, and the

bagged breakfast consist of a granola bar and a muffin

parking lines were too close together

not really could of had a better breakfast in the morning

no free breakfast
