receptionist what time we could eat in the restaurant, we returned to find it closed and only a bar (no food)

just mentioning there is no lift and no laundry service.

breakfast was great quality- cereals for kids, pastries, spanish tortilla, selection of ham, juices, etc

little disappointing there was no restaurant or bar during our stay if we had known we would have stayed elsewhere

4) i intended to do laundry in the hotel, but even while confirmed online that this is possible, it wasn't

hotel als o hosted a convention during our stay, so bar staff was sometimes absent to help out in the convention

room service, heavily promoted, was terribly slow and poor value

very busy , our floor was full of a cycling group of kids running around till 19pm

well maintained property with bar and restaurant also availaible

good parking food and drink on site easy to find

the bar closed in the evening with no notice whatsoever
