no laundry on first floor

rooms very clean and very friendly and fast maid service loved the pool and breakfast was great.

the pet rooms were so much bigger than the normal rooms.

the wifi didnt work half the time

i had a ton of laundry to do after being on the road and she gave me a little hint on using their machines

the laundry worked great and was cheap and if you don't take your clothes out of the washer when they

made use of the laundry on site, it was a life saver

there s only one laundry room for the whole hotel, located on the 3rd floor, with only one washer and one

friday night i had unknowingly lost my wallet with more than 200 in cash in the parking lot and another guest

a minor repair immediately, helped me during a brief area wide power outage, and gladly gave me a late check

people were parking the golf cart in parking spot so you couldn't park your car at your villa.

for the price you dont have access to spa and pool closing at 9:00pm you can t really enjoy your stay

it is a really cool location and inspired us for a no-kids trip

me and my family enjoyed the clean rooms, the delightful breakfast, and the laundry service.

i'm guessing the owner or manager, was not very pleasant when i was asking about using the guest laundry

it's always quiet there, unless you get the room that's next door to the laundry area
