i was discriminated against due to having a service animal and illegally charged a $45 pet fee for three nights

after arriving at hotel, was charged extra deposit plus pet deposit not advised about when booking

pool was too nippy for comfort. no central ac -- room unit a bit noisy but got used to it

the breakfast hostess made our day. so kind and very genuine with people.

unbeatable location, wifi was strong, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable.

morning there was someone else doing breakfast and she was kind of rude to me i asked her about the drinks in

there were no laundry bags and the floors did not look like they had been vacuumed or swept

the pool is never crowded and is quite beautiful and peaceful with a spectacular view from the rooftop

it would have been nice to be able to order food and drinks at the pool

many young college kids acting immature and just one elevator functioning made for long waits and uncomfortable

rooms were spacious gym was ok

gym did not have any water in it and smelled a little like mildew.

the gym was larger than many gyms at similar sized hotels and had a nice set of weights in good

great location to university. very clean. bed's are super comfortable. nice gym.

this hotel misses laundry room per floor

our room had bags of laundry(sheets etc) and an ironing board blocking the entrance :( some of the front

many facilities like laundry and ice were under repair. floors were not clean.

my daughter and i went to take advantage of the swimming pool and enjoyed ourselves

little things made this hotel stand out: gym included free weights along with the usual aerobics machines, in

parking very convenient

it was right by the exit and the hotel's laundry facility so very noisy

the laundry facility is inconveniently located all the way in the back hallway on the second floor and

the laundry room had cigarette butts on the floor along with dirty floors

entire hotel staff was amazing, from manager, front desk staff, laundry ladies and housekeepers ,all were nice

stairs were not clean, paint chipping off steps. beer bottles on steps. laundry carts in hallway

but because she got complete flustered(i heard her saying something about a homeless man, a laundry cart, and

no towels as the laundry was broken and the bathroom had no toilet paper

we were not told we had an adjoining room and the people were smoking cigarettes and illegal substance that we

there are also laundry facilities on site which was super convenient

definitely have room to add 1 more washer and 1 more dryer to guest laundry

the breakfast was very good fresh cooked omelet. room was very clean
