the guest laundry was handy

give an option to not have our room cleaned so we can re-use our towels and sheets and save on laundry and water

they even had guest laundry machines, so i didn't have to leave the hotel all weekend

trash cans in the eating area with working lids or no lids, a clock in the pool area, and perhaps getting a

comfortable beds, quiet, friendly clean. great breakfast, great price

pool is a little small for size of the hotel

we were in owensboro for a basketball tournament so laundry

parking was a bit of an issue when we arrived back after the event

pool was very small and hot tub closed

hotel was overbooked, we waited probably 4 times for the elevator, kids were running through out the hotel, no

bed and not enough handicap parking spots

one functional elevator for a busy weekend, which meant that staff were loading and unloading laundry and cleaning

their breakfast is decent, i love that they are pet friendly bc my dog zoey goes everywhere with me

called ahead to inquire if the pool was in operation and was told it was which is one of the reasons we chose

room offered so many bonuses kitchen area and closet with organizers inside

the pool and some staff are not friendly and others are very friendly.

the kids did get breakfast meals for free with each meal purchase if staying at the location

the restaurant and bar at the hotel was very nice

was no room service the entire four nights

the swimming pool was clean(just a tad small & cold) but our kids loved it

were right next door to the laundry room the dryer was going several times during our stay and during the time

now the prices for the drinks, laundry detergent etc was a bit high but it was ok

did laundry and the room was stocked well and quiet

laundry was filthy, stuff laying in halls, room was a room not a suite like stated kids running in

they would have had more than one washer and dryer but it all worked out and i got my laundry
