an exceptional service offered by the hotel was express laundry

housekeeping standards were inconsistent and several errors were made with respect to laundry
wifi could have been better.
website also advertised a cocktail bar but please note this doesn t exist
prefer to have an espresso machine in the room but they brought coffee to me very quickly via room service
the pool was at the sister hotel so we didn t get there.
